Shipping

Every order is packed by hand and leaves the warehouse within 1–2 working days. You get a tracking link the moment the label is printed.

Rates and delivery times

• Shipping is free, everywhere, with no minimum order. Not a promotion — it is simply how we sell.
• Delivery — 7 to 14 working days from dispatch, anywhere in the world.

You will see €0 for shipping at checkout, whatever you order and wherever you are.

Customs outside the European Union

If you are ordering from outside the EU, import duties and taxes are charged by your own country and are not included in the price you pay us. They are your responsibility, and they are collected by the carrier before delivery.

Customers in the United States, read this one. The $800 duty-free allowance that used to cover small parcels was suspended in August 2025 and is still suspended. Every parcel entering the United States now pays import duty, whatever it costs. Depending on where the parcel ships from, that can be a significant percentage of the order value, and it is charged to you, not to us. We would rather you knew before you ordered than found out at your door.

Buy more, pay less

It applies on its own — no codes, no sign-up:

It counts items, not models: mix jeans, a jacket and a tee however you like. You'll see the discount in the cart before you pay.

Sizing

Almost everything we carry is cut to Asian sizing, which runs smaller than the EU and US labels you are used to. A large here is not a large in a Spanish or American shop. Every product page has its real measurement chart in centimetres and inches behind the SIZE GUIDE link — go by the measurements, not by the letter. If you are between sizes, send us your height and weight and we'll tell you which to take before you order.

About the crossed-out price

The crossed-out figure is the recommended retail price for this kind of garment in a physical shop — not a price ZYRO charged before. We buy straight from the factory and sell direct, which is why our price sits below it. We'd rather say it plainly.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.

1. Write to hello@zyrostudio.co with your order number.
2. We reply within one working day with the instructions.
3. Once the parcel arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 5 working days.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Import duties already paid are not refundable by us — your customs authority handles that.

Faulty items

Measurements are taken by hand at the factory, so a difference of up to 3 cm against the chart is normal and is not a fault. If a garment arrives with a real defect, send us photos and we replace it or refund it in full, shipping included.
