Sizing — ask us before you buy

Almost everything we carry is cut to Asian sizing, which runs smaller than the EU and US labels you are used to. A large here is not a large in a Spanish or American shop.

Send us your height and weight and we will tell you which size to take. We would much rather spend two minutes on that than have you send something back.

Every product page also has the real measurements in centimetres behind the SIZE GUIDE link. Go by the measurements, not by the letter. They are taken flat by hand, so up to 3 cm of variation is normal.

An order that has not arrived

Send us your order number. Orders take 5–9 business days and every parcel is tracked — you get the tracking number by email when it leaves. If the tracking has not moved in several days, tell us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Write with your order number and which item, and we send you the address and instructions. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

If something arrived faulty or is not what you ordered, send photos with your order number. We replace it or refund it in full, return postage included.

Anything else
