SHIMO KNIT BEANIE
DESCRIPTION
A ribbed knit beanie in acrylic, cuffed, one size. Black or white. It is the cheapest way to change the whole shape of an outfit — pull it low and the silhouette goes street, push it back and it goes soft.
The name
霜 (shimo) is the Japanese word for frost — the thin white layer that shows up overnight and is gone by ten. It seemed right for the piece you put on last, on the way out.

Care
- Hand wash cold, or machine wash on the wool cycle in a bag
- No tumble dryer — acrylic melts and never comes back
- Dry flat, not on a hanger, so it keeps its shape
- Do not iron
One size, so there is no chart. If it feels tight the first time, it will give after a wear — acrylic rib always does.
SHIPPING
Free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum. Delivery takes 5–9 business days from the moment you order, and every parcel is tracked — the tracking number reaches you by email as soon as it leaves.
During a new drop it can run a day or two longer. If that happens we write to you rather than leave you guessing.
Outside the EU, your own customs may charge import duties when the parcel is delivered. That charge comes from your country, not from us, and is not included in the price you pay here.
RETURNS
We cover the return only when the item arrived faulty, damaged in transit, or it was not the item or the size you ordered. Email hello@zyrostudio.co with your order number and photos and we replace it or refund you in full, return postage included.
Anything else — you changed your mind, it does not suit you — is at your cost. You arrange and pay the postage back to us, the item has to reach us unworn, unwashed and with the tags still on, and we refund the price of the item only. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us and a further 14 days to send it.
Please don't post anything back before you hear from us. Parcels sent without instructions get lost, and we cannot refund a parcel that never reaches us.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I TAKE?
Every product page carries its real measurement chart behind the SIZE GUIDE link next to the size selector, and you can switch it between centimetres and inches. Almost everything we carry is cut to Asian sizing and runs small next to EU and US labels, so go by the measurements rather than the letter. If you're unsure, write to us with your height and weight — we answer within one working day, and getting it right first time saves you the return postage.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders arrive in 5–9 business days, anywhere in the world, and shipping is free with no minimum. Every parcel is tracked and you get the tracking number by email as soon as it leaves.

Either way you have 14 days from delivery to tell us and a further 14 days to send it back. Write to us first and wait for our instructions before posting anything.
HOW DOES THE QUANTITY DISCOUNT WORK?
It applies on its own, no codes. With 2 items in the cart you get 10 % off, and from 3 items it's 15 %. You can mix categories: it counts items, not models. You'll see it reflected in the cart before you pay.
WHY DOES THE CROSSED-OUT PRICE SAY RRP?
Because it's the recommended retail price for this kind of garment in a physical shop, not a price we charged before. We buy from the factory and sell direct, which is why the real price sits at around half. We'd rather say it plainly.
HOW DO I WASH IT?
Inside out, at 30 °C, no tumble dryer. The embroidery and appliqués hold up fine in cold water; heat is the only thing that ruins them. The faux-leather jacket is the exception — that one is wipe-clean only. Each product page carries its own care notes.
